About AeroHP Performance Center
Formerly Rite-Way Aviation, the AeroHP Performance Center was established in 1989 at David Wayne Hooks Airport in Northwest Houston as an FAA part 145 repair station and an approved Textron Service Center for Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft.
Over its 35+ year history, Rite-Way established itself as a leader in General Aviation Maintenance through exceptional client engagement and deep aviation technical expertise. In late 2021, Rite-Way Aviation assets were purchased by AeroHP and is now operated as AeroHP Maintenance LLC. The AeroHP Performance Center specializes in aircraft management, repair and airplane maintenance, component paint and avionics installations of most all piston and light turbine aircraft.
Paul White - Owner, President
Paul is a highly experienced aviation executive with over 25 years’ experience. He brings a passion to provide customer excellence, safety, and reliability in every aspect of the company.
During his professional career he has served in numerous roles in as a pilot and check airman, operations, sales, business development and P&L management which provides a solid foundation for the absolute best employee and client engagement.
Growing up in Alaska, and in an Aviation family all his life, has laid the foundation for the love of being in the air. Early memories of flying with his Dad on fishing and hunting trips around Alaska has also instilled the love of the outdoors where the two become the perfect combination for passing time with family and friends.
He is a certificated pilot in both Helicopters and Airplanes and is known to be out flying, passing along his passion to his peers, clients, and the next generation.He and his wife, Tanya, have two sons and one daughter. Paul holds an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and is rated in both Airplanes and Helicopters.
